Method Of Payment

An invoice will be sent with the goods to your school, or you can prepay by cheque (payable to Archway Music). Invoices can only be sent to recognised institutions.

Additional Parts

Extra parts can be ordered form Archway Music either on the form. There is a minimal charge, but almost no limitation. Simply state your requirements; range and standard. There are extra ‘easy’ parts for all instruments upon request.

Difficulty Levels

The aim of Archway Music is to give the absolute beginner the opportunity to play in an ensemble, without patronising the more accomplished instrumentalists. The principal parts (Flute 1, Recorder 1, Clarinet 1, Violin 1) are of about Grade III standard. Second parts (Flute 2, Recorder 2, Clarinet 2, Violin 2) are of about Grade I/II standard. The ‘easy’ parts are for beginners: Keystones have a range of six notes, and Cornerstones do not extend further than open strings and first finger. Rhythms are also simplified accordingly.
